A PC that won't turn on isn't always "dead." More often than not, it comes down to small things — a cable, RAM seating, monitor input, or a BIOS setting.

When troubleshooting, don't try to fix everything at once. Fix one thing → test → fix the next thing — that approach makes it much easier to actually find the real culprit.
