Personal security audit ဆိုတာ ကိုယ်ပိုင် account/device တွေရဲ့ security posture ကို systematic စွာ ပြန်သုံးသပ်ခြင်းပါ — attacker ရှုထောင့်ကနေ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ကြည့်ပြီး weak point ရှာတာနဲ့ တူပါတယ်။ ဒီ Part 1 မှာ email, banking, social media account ၃-၅ ခု ရွေးပြီး password strength နဲ့ 2FA status ကို audit လုပ်ပါမယ်။

လက်တွေ့ scenario နဲ့ ချိတ်ကြည့်မယ်

Account တစ်ခုစီအတွက် spreadsheet ဒါမှမဟုတ် စာရွက်တစ်ခု ဆောက်ပါ — column: Account name, Password strength (weak/medium/strong), 2FA enabled (yes/no), Unique password (yes/no — service အခြားနဲ့ ပြန်မသုံးဘူးလား)။ Account တစ်ခုစီကို password manager ရဲ့ 'password health check' feature (ရှိရင်) run ကြည့်ပါ။
