Don't think of blockchain as just crypto trading — there are plenty of real-world use cases.
Digital money: Borderless payments, settlement, digital asset transfer.
Cross-border payments: Can reduce intermediaries and shorten settlement time, but regulation, fee, and on/off-ramp issues remain.
Supply chain: For tracing product origin, shipping steps, and certificate records.
Digital identity: Can be applied to systems for user-owned credentials and verifiable claims. Privacy design matters a lot here.
Certificates: For verifying course completions, licenses, and document hash records.
Voting: Interesting for transparency, but privacy, coercion, identity, and security concerns are significant.
Gaming assets: In-game item ownership and trading, and the concept of cross-game items.
Creator ownership: Membership, NFT passes, royalty logic, and community access.
Business logic: Escrow, revenue splits, automated settlement, and transparent rules.
Whether blockchain is the right fit has to be decided case by case. "Just add blockchain and it'll feel modern" isn't how it works.
